When you gain weight what’s the first thing that comes to your mind? I believe exercise or Gym. Yeah we all think that by doing exercise we can loose weight and get slim again. There are thousands of articles and hundreds of videos on internet, which will inform you about how to loose weight by doing exercise. I too have a read some of the articles and tried a lot to follow one of them. But I am never consistent and always loose focus. Does same thing happen to you too?
