When some company launches a new product in market it first launches a pilot product and conducts a survey to know how its product will perform in the market and If the response is good it launches its product. Also to be noted that with every new product launch comes new marketing which showcase to the buyers what really product is and why consumers should buy it.
So this is what Indian PM is trying to do. 18 Countries , 5 Continents and spent 55 days abroad in a span of 1 year – a path nobody has ever taken and a move so bold that no other Indian Prime Minister in the past was able to do. But why there is a need to do such things ?
When PM Narendra Modi’s government came into power a year back , India was trapped in various scams, economy was falling and India was in need of someone to take control and make things right. Mr Modi is doing what an owner of new product does – marketing of its new product.
Visiting 18 countries and showing to the world what India is capable of and it is not just a third world nation. India has the capabilities to become a first world nation and soon it will. The ‘ Make In India’ Campaign promoting trade and manufacturing in INDIA was the need of the hour when China is dumping its products in Indian market and taking control of it.
Lets have a look at some pictures of Indian PM visit to various countries:
The Tokyo Declaration with Japan, US – India strategic partnership with US PM Mr Barrack Obama being a Chief Guest on India’s Republic Day, $22 billion worth of agreements with China (Also read: http://curiousmindbox.com/?p=249) and various other MOU’s and agreements were signed during Mr Modi’s visit to various countries. With Chinese economy slowing, India is also set to become a global power and at this time what India need is foreign investments and partnerships so that we can move from developing phase to a developed phase and become what we are worth of – A true global power.
No doubt Modi has changed the international opinion and perception about India and elevated the status and stature of India globally. Some people are praising as well as some are criticizing his travel but we have always known ” JO DIKHTA HAI WOHI BIKTA HAI”.
